Using GeoCell Information Technology In Complex Litigation

Classic litigation software can manage complex litigation depending on the workgroup structure of a matter: this may include Summation, Concordance, IPro, Trial Director, Sanction II, Time Map or others. However the issues in complex litigation require a new way of looking at data so it is available and understandable in a moment. That interface is the humble .pdf --super-charged by the new 3d versions of Adobe Acrobat.

By adding and using the concepts of GeoCell information technology as evidenced in everything from US military battlefield information organization to the Access Guides of Richard Saul Wurman and shown to great effect on Gridskipper.com, information no matter how complex can be made available to any member of a trial team. This information can also be presented in court with nothing more than a laptop and a projector without thousands of dollars in additional software or expensive modeling. Documents, grpahics and even 3D models can be created simply in Adobe Acrobat and the main viewer for the resulting .pdfs is free: The Acrobat Reader.
